The general idea of the game is great but Kabam lacks the capability and skill to execute and deliver a fun-bringing product to the community. Looking at official Kabam forum threads dedicated to the most recent changes in Alliance Wars youll see 99,9% of negative opinions.

This game will crash on you. A LOT. Even worst, it punishes you - if youre in the middle of a fight, youll lose it. If youre in the middle of a quest, your char will lose half of its energy. This game is frustrating, to say the least. Avoid at all costs.

Even though this is a free app, its an expensive game. Thats fine, its your call to spend money on the game. The problem I have is they have horrible customer support. Ive recently been suspended for cheating. I have not been cheating, wouldnt know how to do so if I was inclined to. When I asked for clarification, they give none. In addition, they tell you that you can have your account terminated. I have invested a lot of time and money in this game. To have this threat hanging over the head of a good customer is unacceptable. Just be forewarned that this developer has no sense of customer support or service.

This game is so fun for when you have extra time on your hands. And Im a big fan of superheroes so this is a great game for people like me.

You shouldnt have to pay so much for the very little odds that youre going to get a 4 star character no matter how hard you try,but the game overall is kinda fun.

Gameplay is fun and fairly easy to pick up on.
